The Fall Equinox
Here, we are on the first day of Autumn, the Fall Equinox, and the end of an eclipse. What a whirlwind of celestial choreography. You couldn’t plan anything more poetic if you tried. Nature is pure magic.
We’re all navigating these waters, and the tides have rocked our worlds. We’re moving into our next cycle of life. As the seasons change, we are invited to slow down and find balance again. This would be good time to access where our roots need nourishment.
In honor of the Fall Equinox, let’s take some time to reflect today on what this moment means in your world:
★ Where you need to find balance?
★ Are you going through major changes… and the growing pains that go with them?
★★★ Do you need a pumpkin spice latte to get you through this?
The Fall Equinox and the Spring Equinox mark the halfway points of the year. Call it a sacred pause between what was and what’s becoming. You have accomplished so much since the Spring. We can all ask ourselves:
★ What has changed in your world since March?
★ Have you given yourself grace or celebrated how far you have come?
★ What do you hope to accomplish between now and March of next year?
This new cycle symbolizes a fresh start. We can start a new path at any time, but the Equinox is just giving us a little cosmic nudge in the right direction. Nature is whispering:
★ Have you been making enough space for you… your self-care, your creativity, and even your joy?
★ What unfinished projects have you been putting off… or not even started yet?
★ Are there any new hobbies or passions that you’re interested in exploring?
As always, we are reminded that the seeds we plant today will come to fruition when we least expect them to bloom.
Let’s stay on top of our healthy habits and routines: Go to the gym. Go for walks. Eat right.
But just as important as physical wellness: Nourish your spirit. Seek inspiration. Feed your soul. Listen to your intuition.
There is no season of personal growth. Wellness is a life-long pursuit!
